5.2-magnitude quake hits Off Coast of Central Chile -- GFZ
BEIJING, Aug. 1 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.2 jolted Off Coast of Central Chile at 1747 GMT on Friday, the GFZ German Research Centre for Geosciences said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 29.91 degrees south latitude and 72.15 degrees west longitude. ■
